Hey all, I just thought I would share this with you. I had a few hours this morning so I decided it was time to build my first electrolysis cell. I used: >a 1.5~2 gallon bucket, (not sure exactly how much gallons it is), >a 12v car battery charger, >Sodium bicarbonate-Arm & Hammer baking soda (works just as well as Sodium carbonate (or washing soda)) >Copper wire leads, >a leftover hardwood flooring plank >a property marking pin I dug up while doing my garden a few years back. I passed the grinder on to clean it it and cut it in half (dont worry this was left behind and buried and I didn't build my garden over someone else's property) >a handful of hardware So, here you go, and feel free to ask questions. (I didn't include the guide to build it cause honestly, Google it and you will find thousands, They are pretty much all the same) If you decide to build one, DO NOT USE STAINLESS STEEL FOR THE CATHODES. YOU WILL POISON YOURSELF WITH HEXAVALENT CHROMIUM.
