Could be but that rope decoration doesn't match anything I've seen in watches. If you decide to go to one of the meet and greets, make sure you bring it. Would be fun to look at

Look what I found... Bridle and Saddle decorations: That rope theme is consistent with horse bridles etc. Might have had something in the middle ie: horse head etc and it was lost. Remember people used to go to church in buggies And then there's this one... Bridle Rosette

Use a container large enough for the relic. Mix one part molasses with 3 parts water, mix thoroughly and place relic into the container. Let sit for a few days, check, let sit for a few more days until you have the relic cleaned of rust. If you use a glass container, place it in a sunny place. for more details about this method, use google to search it.
